Heart Saver / CPR / AED Course

Who should take this class: Any person that is interested in learning CPR and wants or is required to have a certification card; including personal trainers, day care workers, teachers, etc.

For those who work in a healthcare setting that wish to take a CPR class see BLS for Health Care Provider CPR Class.

The Heartsaver CPR / AED course focuses on the knowledge and skills which save lives. You will learn CPR for victims of all ages. You will also learn how to relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction), and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course places emphasis on the ability to recognize emergencies such as sudden cardiac arrest and how to respond to them.

Course length is 3.5 hrs and cost is $39.00. Upon successful completion of the course you will receive an AHA course card.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require kneeling, bending, standing and lifting.
